Meet Sarah, one of my three gorgeous Senior Model Reps for the Class of 2017. She's a vocal major at A. W. Dreyfoos School of the Arts, and now I'm convinced she's also secretly a fairytale princess. Sarah's photoshoot was one full of laughter and smiles, but also wonderfully mysterious and borderline magical at times! We started off at 6 AM in the Starbucks on Clematis Street to achieve hair and makeup perfection before our sunrise shoot on Worth Avenue, Palm Beach. I can't go any further without sending a huge THANK YOU to Daniela Childers who did a fantastic job with Sarah's hair and makeup and will be offering her services as an optional add-on to any photoshoot with Ashley Corinne Photography. Not did she do a fantastic job in the morning, but she also tagged along throughout the day and made sure Sarah was always looking her best. I can't believe how much easier my job was once those details were all taken care of!
We made it to Worth Avenue around 7:30 and had some gorgeous lighting and beautiful empty street as the backdrop for Sarah's first look. Add this to the long list of reasons I love shooting right after sunrise: lower temperatures, better chance of shade, fewer people intruding, fewer cars on the street...it's just the best.
Sarah embodied everything I think the classic Palm Beach style represents. She had an effortlessness and airiness about her that complemented the elegance of the street with timeless grace. For her Palm Beach look, Sarah sported a jumpsuit from H&M, sweaters from J. Crew, striped hat and shoes from Nordstrom.
From Palm Beach we drove to Jupiter to visit Riverbend Park. When I asked Sarah what she wanted most out of her senior portraits she mentioned shooting in an open field and this park was the perfect location. Sarah looked like an absolute fairytale creature with her blush blouse and shoes from Nordstrom, jeans from Joe's Jeans, and handmade flower crown. I could have stayed and frolicked in the Florida greenery all day long with Sarah, it was such a delight. We talked to woodland creatures, sang "Just around the Riverbend," and danced through the fields which made for some beautiful shots and a really fun end to the perfect senior photoshoot.
