The Mays family is very special. Noble-Lockhart Mays is the director at Faith's Place Center for Creative Education and spends her days enriching the lives of children in West Palm Beach. She and her husband pour their hearts out to their 3 children as well as hundreds of kids from the community every week. They operate under the slogan "enriching young minds for the future." I've had the pleasure of photographing the children and staff of Faith's Place at their "Music for the Mind" concert and I am just absolutely in love with the heart behind this organization. These inner city kids are so talented, they dance, sing, play instruments, and develop strong character throughout the program. Without Faith's Place, most of the kids would never have a music lesson, but thanks to Noble Mays and her team of awesome teachers, these kids have a safe place to express themselves. Noble and her husband are awesome and dedicated parents to their three kids. They told me that they try to get family portraits done every year to document the growth of their family, as the kids get older. This year Noble planned a patriotic theme for the 4th of July, and I just loved seeing them all having a blast on this summer day in their Red, White, and Blue.
The best part of this whole shoot is that it is the VERY FIRST portrait shoot that qualifies for a new campaign called the Every Heart Campaign! That means that this portrait shoot benefits a family from Oasis Compassion Agency, giving them free portraits to document their story too! I am thrilled about this partnership with Oasis and the fact that I can now get my clients involved in giving back to the community by simply booking a portrait session! Each portrait session booked through Ashley Corinne Photography will automatically qualify for the Every Heart Campaign. If you'd like to get involved and see how you can help, feel free to send me an email at AshleyCorinnePhoto@gmail.com
